Is 8.9 a good salary for sap sd analyst with 1.2 YOE

Current in tcs with 6.25 ctc, should I switch to CTS ( cognizant) with 8.9 lpa ctc and 8.15 fixed.Heard they fire you if you are on bench.

Yes I have seen CTS HR's asking employees on the bench for 45+ days who have 2+ years of experience to resign(this was almost 1.8 years back)
