Is 86k Aus dollars a good pay per Annum
Hi folks ,
Am applying through a consultancy for a job in Australia . Today a person spoke and mentioned I would be getting 86k dollars per year for the role of financial investment manager after the visa process . And my husband can start working after three months , I have an infant . Can we survive with this ?

Regarding the consultancy am also taking my risk , now i have to pay 1 lakh for pr and then they will proceed with ielts coaching and other formalities and also look for companies for interviews . This is what they mentioned .

Since you mentioned your husband is in IT, that’s a good thing—I think he will have good chances of finding work there as well.
The only thing I want to say is, be cautious with these agencies, as they are usually out there just to make their own money.
Also, why Australia specifically?
One more thing: do your own research about the company you’ll be getting a job with. There are several “hire-to-fire” type companies that work with these visa consultancies.

Which consultancy is this ? Is it trustable ? Also, It depends on location within Australia for example sydney is much costlier than other part so you need to take that into picture. Few other question like what does your husband do ? What are the avg salaries of his domain in Australia ? Also...Is 86k pre tax or post tax ?You need to analyze these question first.
