Trending @Accenture; Is 8.5CTC low for CL 11?
With 5YOE , I am getting 8.5L CTC , wanna know whether this is lower than the average salary as per Accenture and Marker standards?
8.5 for 5 YOE is surely low. How long have you been in accenture?
From Aug 2021, gng to complete 3yrs.
If this is CTC then definitely very low.. if this is base then its low-avg
Please switch companies, there no way accenture will match current market rate
Only possibility you are critical resource and have other offers in hand , your ctc will be revised.
TBH, I don't understand why they hired you for career 11 for 5YOE,
Accenture has budgets for certain career levels so you got higher end of that budget for CL11
but for 5YOE the pay is low you should be CL10 with 10-15lpa pay range
@discreteLion @SprySpine hey guys..any idea if Accenture giving mid year promotion? In March? i am cl10 and have already completed 2.6 yrs on client and only one from Accenture working for a client..how much percentage can i expect from cl10 to 9?
