Is 8.5 LPA (7.65 fixed + 10% variable) good for a Data Engineer with 2.4 years of experience at Level 4?
I have 2.4 years of experience working as a Data Engineer. Recently got an offer for a Level 4 role with 7.65 LPA fixed and 10% variable (total CTC ~8.5 LPA). Is this package decent for this level and experience, or should I negotiate?
As recruiter already mentioned based on feedback and designation I can offer you max this if I go for 100% then there is chances of getting rejected.

He is saying there might be chances of rejection of your profile if I go beyond this based on feedback.

Push it..if the feedback is not strong why the heck he offered in the first place..if you have any offer .. negotiate harder and put him in his place.. you can't really do everything these HR guys tells you to do..most of these guys try to cut corners somehow..remember HRs are never your friend in the salary discussions..talking from my personal experiences.
If you have only this option then take it and don't risk it

JPMC WLB opinions
I've heard from people in general that WLB in JPMC is bad. People are expected to work over time casually and the deadlines are quite stringent. Is this true?
