I transitioned from a career in HR to UI/UX design and am currently working as a UI/UX Designer at a fintech startup. After completing a 6-month internship, I was converted to a full-time role with a CTC of 7.10 LPA in Bangalore. Given my experience and location, would you consider this salary competitive, underpaid, or overpaid for my role?
