Is 4.8 LPA ok for a 1.6 yoe

I recently got an offer from a remote startup. They are offering 4.8 in hand fixed is this a good salary. I have experience in an early startup as a backend engineer, my tech stack is python, good with system design and building applications from scratch to hosting and management.

If it is better than current one, why not join? Since you are very early in Career it is expected you to work in startups. While you are there, learn and keep trying elsewhere
