Is 46 LPA is enough for 12YOE in Chennai?

Hello everyone

TCS was my 3 rd company if I join and am having 12 years of total experience. I was married and having 1 kid and I bought a house in 2019 in Chennai for 1.5Cr.

22 Lakhs loan is still there for my house. Now I got offer from TCS with 46 LPA. Now my concern is that should I join TCS or look for better opportunities that would be around 55-60 LPA
