Is 35 lpa for 9.6 yoe a good salary or still it is not up to the market standard? Please advice.

Depends on your role... If you are brain transplantation surgeon or a project leader for space x, then very low.
If you are a HR, then absurdly high, so high that you are being paid for your next 7 lives

My friend you are in the top 1% earners in this nation you can lead a happy and fulfilling life with this money. Why do you seek validation? You are doing great in life.

It's a good salary for 9.5 years of experience. But if you want to compare it with those 1% people who are above 50 LPA with less YOE then I am sorry you would never be able to feel happy how much you earn.
My father in law says - No matter what you do, someone will be earning more than you! What matters is - Are you struggling financually with the salary you are currently getting or have less work life balance? If answer is Yes, please switch.

It's bad cuz I was expecting you to be making a 1000000cr company with taking over the world
I guess I was wrong after all

It depends upon In-Hand salary out of 35

Approximately 2.2 lakh per month

It is more than sufficient. Just sustain ur success and move ahead. It is good CTC. U r lucky

It is very good actually.

Well it’s not the same people are getting for 2 year experience. You should be 70LPA+ category

It's a good salary for a service based company. But not good for product based.

Satisfaction is something within and personal whereas comparison is boundary less and public.
