6moIs 31% hike good in current market situation?
Hi all, capgemini offered me a 31% hike on my current ctc and my YOE is 6 yrs with 5 yrs in salesforce tech stack. The offered role is senior consultant and Offered ctc is 25 lpa including 10%variable. I was expecting to get an offer of around 28 lpa but all the companies are not going beyond 25 lpa. I am left with 40 days of my notice period. Will keep on trying for better companies and offers.
Is this a good offer if in the worst situation I have to join this firm?

Service companies won’t pay much more than this. Target last 20 days of your np. You will get good opportunities

looks good enough, keeping Capgemini in mind, I mean you can’t expect better from such companies. Other ones may be able to give better
