Is 2Office successful?

Since TCS implemented new policy of variable cut, is there any change after that?

What is attrition rate after that ? Does everybody get full quarter variable pay after that ?

I don't know about 2Office success but I am not getting full QVA. I am c3a and most of the time it is getting deducted. From the last 2 quarters, 50% to 60% is deducted and WFO index is 100%
