Is 2Office Portal working properly ? Any algorithm calculation changed ?

I am facing one issue with 2Office portal , I have attended office (TCS Adibatla Hyderabad) from 17th June to 19th June but the portal updated timesheet as 'No Show' . I observed this on Friday morning for 17 th June and escalated to my Manager, he asked me to raise WFO exception request from Ultimatix , I have raised and it was approved but still 2Office is showing as 'No Show' for 17th June when I opened portal today morning also along with 17th , 18th and 19th is updated as 'No Show'
