Is 22 lpa Good for c3A 13 yoe in tcs only

I know people with 8yr of experience getting C3A with 23 LPA

A thumb rule: Your CTC must be twice your relevant experience. So for you, it should be 13*2 = 26 LPA. And, it's irrespective of if you are a lateral hire or been with any org for years.

Good as you will you get 14% in c3b promotion plus annual appraisal pipelined.

It should be 30 lpa
