This is subjective. What is good for you might be great of some and very less for others.

Earning > 20lpa in India is def great But according to salaries paid by top companies 21 at 4yoe is low. But again it is relative, depending on so many things. People with 2 years workex mostly lie in the bracket of 18-30 lpa base generally. For 4 yoe it is > 32 ish
