Is 20k per month justifiable for an HR Executive position for a person with 3 years of experience
I wanted to know if a person has 3 years of experience i.e., 2 in social media management and 1 year in HR Is 20k per month good in Mumbai? Should I look for other opportunities? I don't have any friends in the field so hence no idea about the salary that a person gets on this level Thanks already!

Given the years of experience you have got which is a year or more, it should at least be 25k given the current market trend.

Average salary of degree graduate is around 25k ( makes it 3LPA) . In 3 yrs span , if you had made atleast 2 jumps with 15% hike ? It would net around nearly 33k (~4LPA).
