Is 2023 a good year for an MBA?
I have a very comfy well paying job, but I can see my learning stagnating if I stay here for another year or two. I also have an admit from ISB.
My question is - will consulting/IB placements at b-schools be hit next year? Given ISB is a 1yr course, I’ll be in the job market in Sept-Oct 2023.

Placements will definitely be hit. Even if everyone gets an offer it won't be as high as before. You should also consider what ISB charges.
My recommendation would be to delay it by a year and see what happens.
