Is 20 LPA being an average salary budget, companies offering in Jan 2025.

Every company where I get a call from says 19 or 20 LPA is their maximum budget, in Chennai location majorly. Not ready to move above that range.

Or maximum of 20% to 30% hike from CCTC.

Very rarely, they go beyond 23LPA. Do you guys also face this same issue or is it only me. My friend with .Net facing shared this same experience. Me with DevOps tech stack, kind of puzzled. Will the market boom or its okay to go with 20 LPA jobs. My YOE is 7 yrs. Share your thoughts on this.

Hi the issue is with supply and demand .

As there are many people who got laidoff and ready to work for that price . Company will hire those people . So if you want more income try some quality company which has very less jobs ,you need to keep trying .

OR GET A OFFER FROM 1 COMPANY AND NEGOTIATE WITH OTHER WITH EXISTING PACKAGE.

How to negotiate salary?

How to negotiate properly? Anytime we could get to do it on our CCTC or the holding offer (2-3L extra). But if I feel the company could pay more than it + my skills are worth it. How to put that out? Many times I get to see a response th...
