I joined Accenture at CL10 in August with a client that had layoffs and I was put on bench one month after. It’s been a month on bench and I am starting to become restless if and wondering if I should look for jobs outside. What should I do?

Two months on the bench can be concerning. Start applying for internal roles and network within Accenture. If nothing changes soon, consider updating your resume and exploring external opportunities.
