Is 18LPA offer good enough?

Hello All,

Need some advice on the offer I have received after 5 rounds of interview.

Background: 3Y 1M - RPA Developer - 5.5 LPA CTC 1Y 8M - RPA Business Analyst - 12.90 LPA CTC (current)

Total experience - 4Y 10M

No variable component.

I have received an offer from an Outsourcing company for Morgan Stanley (as most technical roles are outsourced) for 18 LPA.

One round was with this outsourcing company. Rest 4 rounds were with Morgan Stanley where final round was F2F.

Position is Sr. RPA Associate, where I will be leading and managing all RPA projects from requirements gathering to go-live.

My ask was 20LPA, but I received an offer for 18LPA citing this is the maximum budget allotted for this role.

I do not feel good about this offer.

Should I accept the offer? Please advise.
