Is 18.5 LPA Fixed Good for 3.5 YOE in Deloitte?

Hey everyone, I have 3.5 years of experience and currently have an offer from Deloitte with 18.5 LPA fixed (previously 16.5 LPA fixed at Genpact). Is this good offer considering industry standards and Big 4 market trends? Should I negotiate for more? Would love to hear insights from those in Deloitte or other Big4 firms. Thanks!

12 percent job switch hike is not great. You should atleast be aiming for 25-30%. With the hikes in March assuming 5-6%, it's just 5-7k more per month in hand Salary. I don't think it's worth it. Try to ask more or apply for other companies.

I sent email to HR asking minimum hike I want is atleast 25%. In current company itself I will get around 15% hike.

Hi, is 14 LPA good for 2.9 YOE.
CCTC-10.15 Hike is around 40% I'm to trying for 15 but if they give 14, is 40% alright for a switch ?
