Its good, considering your 6 yrs exp....make sure to switch before 8 yrs exp and target for 25-30lpa

it's good from Capgemini standards. also depends on the Technology u're in and if u're in support or deployment project.

It’s not good not bad , avrage salary, must switch and target 19 to 20LPA
