Is 15 LPA worth it for 3 years experience?

I'm a software engineer, My current package is 9.6 LPA. I got an offer from another company for 15 LPA offer which 13 is fixed and 2 is variable.

Is 13 Fixed and 2 performance pay worth it for 3 years of experience? Or should I ask more?
