Is 12 lpa a good ctc for 4 yoe? What are some of the companies offering great TC for SDE roles?
What is the tech stack and what is the company? People are starting with 16-20 base these days in product startups. A good base rule is to have YOE * 10 ± 5 as a good range based on what I'm seeing here. You're being lowballed if that is what you're currently holding.
