Trending @Capgemini; is 12 days to office a month mandatory in hybrid mode

Currently I'm going to office like 5-6 days a month does it cause any issues ,

Don’t worry if you complete 12 days with all training’s and everything then also you will get 2-3% better switch 😂

Depends. In my case I have been attending office regularly but it's not 12 days everytime. Sometimes it's 8 days a month, sometimes 10 days and sometimes 11 days but my office hours on each office day is 9+ hrs. So far I haven't received any compliance mail regarding my attendance and nor my ratings were affected (got exceptional). So I'd say it depends.

Never think about if you are 100% compliance but they will not give you more than 5%

I know people who have not attended office more than 5days got promoted in October ,and got 2 rating favourism plays a major role here.

Bro, just because of this 12 days rule I got bad rating for 2024... they started 12 days in April 2024. I worked from office more than 12 days since that April. But still they said, I have not completed 12 days in Feb, so no good rating.. If you want to have good rating, good feedback and good hike, then follow CG compliance rules...
You don't have to complete your work on time, nobody checks that. But you have to complete Trainings, 12 days in month, 6hrs per day, fill timecards on time, like that.... Then you will get good appraisal.

Yes in nov they will check and jan first week 3 or 4 rating no hike no promotions no variable
