Trending @Infosys; Is 10 days mandatory excluding leaves and holidays

Hey folks , Since June if I did not wfo for 10 days then i am getting an email saying hiccups in a meeting of 10 days mark, let's work together for a balance something like that and if i hit 10 days I am getting a mail crushed 10 days.

Is it only for me or do I have company here?
