Hello Everyone, Good day! Can someone please share your opinion if you have decent experience about any of the above companies, which one to join and it’s perks. Cognizant-17lpa (might match the offer but very hard) Iqvia- 22LPA How IQVIA company is for their employees?

Hi, how many years of experience do you have? I have 4.3 years of experience and got 12 lpa offer from cognizant. But I feel that I could have asked for more.
