I fail to find any friends who like and use their products. Who are their target audience?

I tried their onion shampoo and charcoal body wash, and while they are great, they are also not cheap and I finish a bottle of body wash in about 3 weeks (I bathe twice everyday). Instead, I found a different one in Big Basket called Exfoliating body wash from palm olive, which comes from Turkey. This one, while slightly expensive than mamaearth one, is giving me so much lather and lasted more than 2 months, more value for money.

They have no Moat. Similar to most D2C skincare brands, they do contract manufacturing. no unique ingredients or patents to their name. Just coupon codes for Influencers. They are selling perception mostly
