Is iPhone worth buying given the fact that all Apple accessories, when it comes to repair or replacement are expensive?
Phones - base models are worth it. You will notice small yet significant improvement in experiences which adds up to offer an overall better experience. Are they overpriced, yes. But if you're planning to use it for ~3-6 years. It's worth it.

No since now android phones are very stable and snapdragon chip is matching with apple chip in performance and efficiency.
