I have recently bought iPhone 15 pro max, when i put for charging 20w my phone heats up until the charging reaches 80%. Is it normal?

Hey dude - it is very normal for the first couple of weeks. The ML models are learning about your usage patterns and during charging, their usage is at 100%.
My 15 was burning for three weeks. It gets wayyy better.

Not unless you bought it from a third party vendor or a recycled phone...
