I joined TCS in feb2024 and now I got IPF score 5 what can be my band, Will I also get salary Hike for this year????

Yeah, I also cross checked it but in every parameter its 5 only, so any suggestions what can my band and will I also get hike for this year as this shows anniversary

A Band max hike will be around 8%

If you are lateral hire no hike this year for you.

If you are fresher it will be best among your team... Percentage no one can predict

If it is anniversary appraisal then no band and no hike as well. You will simply get letter that your compensation will be revised in next financial year appraisal. I got the same last month. I also got 5 IPF
