IPF rating 4.31, C1 grade what band should I be getting as I am on bench right now ?
On bench do we get bands ?
Last year i got 4.5 ipf and i was on bench during appraisal. I got c band and i raised band disagreement . After a lot of talk on mails with hr and previous manager it went to unit head. Then i was told if we were on bench the default band would be C
Depends when and why were you released. Your last project can give you better band if you stayed there for more than 3 months. Its all in their hand.
I was in a project for 1.3 years and I asked for released as the project ended and there was no work for 1 month and then I got on bench and some support project gave me allocation, but i denied and they have initiated the deallocation project and will get release from 28 feb and now searching again for some projects.
What band I can expect if I get any project and apart from all this Do you have any opening for junior cloud roles, if yes please reply, I will DM you
