Genuine advice: start trying to upskill and switch rather than wasting your time as raising grievance and fighting will not help in the current situation.
No one do this. You definitely did some blunder which you are hiding and putting blame on manager . If you are really good ...leave the organisation and join some other company which you will never do as you will never get a job .
