Ipf in tcs

Hey hope u all are doing good. I wanted to know about IPF. I got 3.7 ipf for my first year.What is that? Can someone explain briefly so that it will be helpful to others too.

IPF is your individual performance in the project. 5/3.7 is quite good but still all depends on the band what your manager will give you. Based on band your salary increment will happen

If yor RTO is below 50 then as per my calculations they might put u in PIP if above 75 then you will get 3 percent hike

RTO has no issues, but 3%? Don't you think it's not even visible to the salary will be same no change🤔
