A sigh of relief as i could finally see my ipf last night : 4.32 . Got an A band for 4.25 last year so keeping my fingers crossed.

I’ve completed one year at TCS this month (Feb 2026). My anniversary rating and IPF rating is already out as well. Will I be getting any band in the month of April 2026? I’ve been an actively billable resource since last April 2025.
