But IPF gives a generalized idea and probability of which Band someone can receive. There are many units which are strictly advised to give ipf ratings considering all team members, this time it's not like everyone is receiving the same ipf , you can check as well all associates in a team would have different ipf this time.

Once I got B with 4.24 IPF... And A with 4.10... So, yes, can give idea but they are not directly connected at all.

Its Depends on unit and employees current grade if IOTDE unil 4 to 4.2 B ,4.2 to 4.5 A and if more then 4.5 and current grade is C2 or less then Best performer with A + .Yes A + is there.
