Ipf and grade

I joined tcs in April 2023 but didn't receive any hike till now. In this appraisal cycle I got 4.25 IPF so any idea what grade and how much a hike will I receive?

You will get in the next month. You will get two hikes

I too joined in April 2023 as lateral. And tcs will not give two hikes.
Like others your salary will be revised next month.

Last year u should have received Annual appraisal....I joined Feb 2023 and recieved Annual appraisal...u didn't receive because u joined 23-24 fiscal year.

I received only an anniversary appraisal till now but there is no increment
We can say it's just an appraisal letter

In TCS no one gets increment in First year....you will get in second year only.

Most probably you will get B band and hike mostly will be 6%
