IPF and Banding

Hi,

I have got an IPF score of 3.89 from my previous project and I am tagged to new project where I have joined recently but still I had to raise new apprisal there, previous project is saying we don't owe your band. Please tell me if new project will give banding what will be it A Or B based on score

In most project release cases, it is C as the person left the project. Manager will try to save those people who are still working on the project. If you have good relation with supervisor then you might get B. Keep your expectations low

Band will be given by new project but I have not worked there it has only been 20 days but had to raise appraisal there as well but the gave 3.42 only which is shocking and I submitted my resignation.
