IPF and Band Query

I am 1.5 years experienced in TCS and this is my first PE appraisal. I got a IPF of 3.35 in my previous project which was ramped down in December. In January I got allocated to another project and I raised another PE Appraisal. I got 4.12 in the current project. Which IPF would be considered and what Band can I expect?
