IPF & Band Querry

Annual Appraisal- 4.41 IPF, Last Band C. RTO Compliant. Not in 0-3 hours bucket. No issues directly with the boss or anything kind of..... Will I still get C ?

IPF does not guarantee high band. My previous project colleagues had 4.5 but ended up with C band. So it totally depends on your manager and leads decision.
