IPF & Band Enquiry
I am RTO non complaint still got 4 as IPF, Last band was B what should I expect this year ?
@TendsToInfinity - That's not true, appraisal has no wfo non compliant dependency, it was all rumours to make employees mandate working from office, there is actually no policy stating that and no official communication to any managers or HRs. I keep updated on these as I have some HR friends in TCS.
And they shared openly that's how they make employees do what needs to be done. They literally have strategy meetings for this
@ShadowStriker_002 it seems you are not familiar. Please go and check hr policy, there is a document that contains some faq there Ig it was between 20-25tg question, refer that and let me know
Mostly, B, if you are a critical resource, management will cover up for you. But remember this does leave room for a bullseye on your back at any point they realise or some political friction occurs then the bullseye would be revealed
