
IPF 4.2 but still got C band how to escalate it or deny what is given despite being the top performer, somebody pls suggest
@GlamorousPie - I think the best thing to do now, is to first see if you have an email from client or teams mesg from client saying - they appreciate you for your work.
A simple - @yourname, thank you for this work and getting the work closed - is enough. So once you gather those screenshots. Keep it handy. Connect with your manager, understand why he gave you such bad band. If he says the upper management did it, etc. directly email to the upper management - your manager's manager's manager and your reviewer all the screenshots and ask them in the email itself, I have dedicated my full attention and contribution, and received so and so appreciation as seen in the screenshots.
I expected x band given my work. I sincerely ask you to please review and give me band deserving my contribution

Thanks but not much appreciation from the client over the email as they all are in the form of verbal and teams chat. Is it possible they will reduce my salary or give no hike at all. Or there is a chance to get at least 4 to 5 percent increment for the C band?

Bro band will not change now if you prepared for switch then only reject the band if you fight now next year also high chances of C

Actually I am thinking of rejecting it anyway though it will not make any difference. The manager is very unprofessional in many things, but will try my best to fight it, thanks for your response 😊
