IPF 4.46- B band
This is my first-year appraisal at the C3A grade. I received a 4.46 IPF score but got a B band. I just wanted to check—does the first-year appraisal usually result in a B band, or was it due to the bell curve?
Well, IPF has nothing to do with the band. IPF is your evaluation but for the band they will compare you with your peers so even if ipf is high band may be low and vice versa.
I am handling critical project, and client also aware that I am the only one knows in out of this tool/technology and rest of the colleagues are doing day to day support job(as they are new)..even manager also don't know properly and I am giving KT every 2months to him to save hin from client ..Instead of that I got B!
Bell curve bro. You are right. I got A in my first year. Now I got B despite working my ass off with 4.5 IPF.
Got B band for 3.78 ipf
Got B band for 4.15 rating
On C3A, Level, expectations increases and you will be compared among C3As only post the bell Curve

To my surprise, I got A band with 3.98 IPF
I was expecting B band, quite surprising but I am happy.
Because you joined fresh you got B. That tells your manager is a stupid person. Change the account. Simple
