IPF 4.1 and got C band

Can we reject the band if we get C band with IPF 4.1 and if so how to reject and what will be the follow through process?

Yes you can reject but nothing will happen, they never change your band very easily, you need to fight and may require to raise graviance against your manager if you really worked hard last year.😀
