IPF 3.5: Can we change rating
With single client escalation and no error in work during my appraisal cycle. I’m planned for release this March and eligible for promotion. How can I convince manager for good rating. I’m so frustrated 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Having similar rating and released from project. Though no major error in work or escalation from client , it's rampdown from client side.
Not sure to raise disagreement, as had few no shows at office which manager mentioned in the speed as well.
Also she answered every comment , like agree but need to improve.

Are wfo no shows are valid reasons for giving C band.
I am having feeling, they will give C band.
Rating will not change now but you can convince for B band atleast. Have a discussion with him and ask for reason why less rating. Also important thing you wont get promotion this year if you get C 😢
You will lose two years if you get C Talk to them and fight to review.. go with data points
Nowadays loyalty is no more respectable in any field. Feeling disgusting to be a part of this organisation
Best option utilise your bench time and ready to switch to other organisations... Rating won't change and band as well. In all case it waste your 2 year.
Once the IPF is submitted, ratings cant be modified!
Nothing will happen enjoy the bench policy and it would be C

I have seen many people disagreeing with ratings.
It will be closed simply.
