IPF 2.9 means, how much hike?

It may be C then 2-2.5 or D means reduction in salary
But how can someone in IT get this its too difficult to justify this to HR’s and Approval for this is too difficult to justify

Reject the IPF. Hope you didn't accept. 👀 Discuss with everybody. You might have a chance to get it increased. Please do it immediately.
