If some one's outcome is Improve Performance,will the people lead necessarily put person into PIP? What are the chances of clearing PIP. Mamager is saying you are going good but still has more potential to learn , still gave IP outcome. Should i be prepared for worst case ?

Yess,try to switch to different projects if u don't have any. Have a clear idea with your lead .if they said pip can improve n you wanna stay there no worries,just have to complete pip course n few certificates
