Trending @HCL; Ioffboard portal

I have resigned on oct 15th in the ioffboard portal and now the reporting manager details are not showing up in the approval flow after 5 days of resignation in ioffboard but initially shown when resigned.

Can someone explain to me the process now ? What to do now?
