Investments tip

Hello All, I took a plot of 1500sqft for 50L last year and I pre closed my loans whatever I took. Next year I’m planning to invest some more money on assets. I’m confused between construct home and rent out or should I go ahead and buy another plot? Please share your thoughts on this.

It ranges from 25L -50L is what I’ve seen based on experience and your previous salary. Don’t ask work culture now, it is getting worse now a days

I closed my personal loan after 1.5 years, I just paid 5k extra on my principle amount nothing else.
