Investing in unlisted shares

Hii, I have seen people investing in unlisted shares and later on realising profits when they get listed or even before that. I also want to do the same. Can someone suggest some legit platforms where I can buy and sell these shares, with pros and cons to this, based on your experiences.

Do this only if you have all your needs taken care of (like House, Car, Marriage, Child's education, Mutual Fund, NPS, Insurance etc) and still you have shit ton of cash laying around, because there is little to no liquidity.

Again It depends on company to company & platform to platform, as some shares will have more buzz than others.

Think of this as it is changing a Job, you will need suitable buyer willing to buy at suitable price.
