Invest all savings of 1Cr in equity/debt (balanced) vs pay off home loan?

I see great potential to earn income on top of EMI using this money (use 70:30 or 60:40 in equity/debt).

If home loan is paid off , there is nothing remaining.

Savings will have to build from scratch and may miss the ongoing bull run.

Benefit of home loan pay off: Paid off flat, no tension of loan, build savings slowly.

Benefit of investment: returns keep paying the EMI AND extra income every year (EMI requires 10 lakh annual returns but 1CR may generate 13-15 lakh annually. Also, loan interest benefit in tax savings. (60k annually)

What’s your opinion?

Pay off home loan fully (20 years remaining)
Keep full amount invested and continue home loan
Pay off partially and reduce EMI burden

What would you be doing ?

I am a salaried and I have a personal loan emi of 23000 and the loan is pending for 2 more years.

I have an option to close this by paying the complete amount now which would be around 5.5 lakh.

Should I try and close loan first or all...
