Trending @Infosys; Invalid TPD Approver
I came on central bench recently and while trying to apply leave on Infy Me App ,it gives me invalid tpd approver.I have checked upon tpd approver name from HR and still it gives me this error.Can anyone help me with this.
You can always reach to infy global helps desk , they also help us up to some extent in resolving our query 😌🍹
Basically you will have to connect with TPD person of your unit to raise a leave request ,l am not sure who told to reach to HR, hr doesn't know most of the process 😂
Here is the process
Go to infy me > search keyword TPD, redirect to TPD page, on this page go to our teams section, search your unit name and from the list of TPD names, check the name senior TPD manger, ping him over teams / mail and ask him to whom you can raise a leave request he will tell the name of the person, ping that person on teams / mail and tell that you are raising a leave request as senior TPD person asked to put your name, kindly approve. And finally on apply for leave page add the name of the person suggested by the TPD.🥳🥂
